Fim do Mapa de Riscos

As recentes revisões das Normas Regulamentadoras vieram para desburocratizar a área de saúde e segurança ocupacional. A prova disso é o novo texto publicado da NR-5, vigente desde janeiro/22, que desobriga a Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes – CIPA a elaborar com supervisão do SESMT, o Mapa de Riscos.

O Mapa de Riscos é a representação gráfica do reconhecimento dos riscos existentes nos locais de trabalho, por meio de círculos de diferentes tamanhos e cores. O seu objetivo é informar e conscientizar os trabalhadores pela fácil visualização desses riscos, todavia era considerado um retrabalho por muitos profissionais da área já que muitas organizações compõem e fazem o uso de outras ferramentas de prevenção. É válido lembrar que o fim da obrigatoriedade é somente para organizações que em sua alternativa, utilize as ferramentas do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos – PGR.

Como abordado no artigo anterior, o PGR pode ser parte integrante de um sistema de gestão ou desdobrado em planos e subprogramas. Os principais conceitos revistos foram o de perigo, fator de risco, risco e prevenção, sendo que a organização deve implementar, por estabelecimento, o gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais em suas atividades, constituído na forma de um Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos – PGR.

A nova Norma Regulamentadora nº 01, publicada no Diário Oficial da União em março de 2020, incluiu aspectos de gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais de forma articulada com as revisões das NRs 7 (Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional), 9 (Avaliação e Controle das Exposições Ocupacionais a Agentes Físicos, Químicos e Biológicos), 17 (Ergonomia) e mais recente com a 5, abordando esta questão do mapeamento de riscos.
